Josh McDonald has worked extensively with government leaders at every level and understands the unique impact of the municipal process on small businesses—particularly restaurants. Josh maintains a seat at the tables throughout meeting rooms in Washington’s communities, making sure this industry’s voice is always heard. Whether the issue at hand is recycling/packaging requirements or street utility taxes, Josh is on the lookout for proposed rule changes, ordinances and regulations that affect restaurants’ bottom line. Josh also works closely with local health departments throughout the state to ensure productive communication between the restaurant and enforcement communities. He stays on top of changing regulations, proposes suggested revisions, assists with implementation and advocates for mutually beneficial solutions
